The IPeople Offline repository is populated with key MEDITECH data elements from the LIVE MEDITECH catalogs in an up-to-date, accurate and business savvy manner.

Our IPeople Offline solution ensures sites have access to accurate information by synchronizing critical MEDITECH tables and dictionaries on a scheduled basis to a SQL Server database. The intelligent data engine downloads data to SQL Server data-marts reliably and includes auto-recovery as well as alert notification. Our user-friendly web-based front end provides Medical Record searches based on multiple search options, and clinical views of important patient information such as orders, results, vital signs and allergies.

IPeople Offline can provide multiple avenues for data access in the event of full network failure. Ranging from housing a full replication of your entire downtime system in a different geographical location to synchronizing a handful of tables for installation on free standing ‘designated’ PC’s (and printers), IPeople has a solution to meet the needs and comfort zone of your organization.

IPeople staff can provide assistance with development of downtime procedure testing protocols, documentation, and testing intervals.

The IPeople Offline solution provides remote physicians, outreach labs, ambulatory surgery centers, and other remote venues the ability to securely access critical patient record information without having to be logged into MEDITECH. DOWNTIME REGISTRATION

Patients continue to come, regardless of the status of your MEDITECH servers or your entire network. IPeople Offline’s – Downtime Registration allows facilities to maintain the integrity of the registration process during downtime intervals.

Review database to determine if the registering patient has a medical record number
Generate temporary medical record number/account numbers for patients
Admit, Transfer, and Discharge patients regardless of MEDITECH and network status
